Faith Uzebu

Counselor

When people ask why I chose the mental health field, I often say, “I knew early on that I wanted to help people who felt overwhelmed, scared, or unsure of how to become their best self.”

My Story

Hello, my name is Faith Uzebu, and I am a counselor at DNM Health Services in McDonough, Georgia. I hold an MS in Clinical Psychology/Clinical Counseling and am currently working toward my LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor). From my teenage years, I’ve had a passion for helping others, and today, I am dedicated to supporting my clients through their challenges.

I take a solution-focused approach and pride myself on being an active listener. These skills help me assist clients dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, and low self-esteem. Sometimes, healing begins by accepting where you are and allowing yourself to take small yet significant steps toward personal growth. I understand that a “one size fits all” approach doesn’t work for everyone, and I’m committed to tailoring my therapeutic approach to meet your unique needs. Through a combination of client-centered therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), I will work with you to foster self-acceptance and guide you toward growth, both now and in the future.

No matter who you are or what you’re going through, you deserve to be heard. I’m here, ready to listen, and eager to support you on your journey.
