My Story
I believe therapy should be a space where people feel safe enough to show up fully as themselves without judgment, pressure, or shame. My goal is to help individuals and couples better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS), Marriage and Family Therapy PhD, Army veteran, and founder of DNM Health Services. My clinical work focuses on helping adults and couples navigate relationship challenges, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and military or veteran-related concerns.
I am currently pursuing advanced training in both sex therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. I have developed a strong passion for helping clients heal from trauma, improve emotional connection, and better understand themselves and their relationships. I especially enjoy supporting individuals and couples in ethically non-monogamous relationships, including polyamorous relationships, open relationships, and other non-traditional relationship structures.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and direct when needed. I strive to create an environment where clients feel supported while also being challenged toward meaningful growth and change. Whether a client is struggling with anxiety, communication issues, unresolved trauma, ADHD-related difficulties, intimacy concerns, burnout, or major life transitions, I work to help them develop healthier patterns, deeper self-awareness, and practical tools they can apply in everyday life.
As a veteran myself, I understand the unique stressors that military members, veterans, and their families can face. My experiences have strengthened my passion for serving individuals navigating identity shifts, trauma, reintegration challenges, high stress environments, and relationship strain. In addition to providing therapy, I also offer clinical supervision for counselors pursuing licensure in Georgia. Mentorship and professional development are important to me, and I enjoy helping future clinicians grow into confident and ethical mental health professionals.
I provide therapy services in Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, and Delaware through both in-person and telehealth appointments. Whether you are seeking support for your relationship, healing from trauma, navigating ADHD, exploring intimacy and sexuality, or reconnecting with yourself, I am committed to helping you create a healthier and more authentic life.
