Cristine Flowers

My Story
Hello, my name is Cristine Flowers, I am an experienced counselor with over 12 years in the mental health field. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University (Go Noles!) and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University in Sarasota, Florida. I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including home-based counseling, community-based services, and acute inpatient hospitalizations.
I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and look forward to supporting you through whatever struggles you may be facing. By being an empathetic, non-judgmental listener, I aim to help you incorporate effective tools into your life to become your best self. My therapeutic approach blends Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with person-centered techniques to provide personalized care. I currently offer individual counseling services for adults of all ages.
