Cristine Flowers
Counselor
My Story
Hello, my name is Cristine Flowers, and I am an experienced counselor with over 12 years in the mental health field. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University (Go Noles!), and later, I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Argosy University in Sarasota, Florida. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including home-based counseling, community-based services, and acute inpatient hospitalizations.
Because I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, I look forward to supporting you through any struggles you may be facing. By being an empathetic and non-judgmental listener, I aim to assist you in incorporating effective tools into your life, so you can become your best self. My therapeutic approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with person-centered techniques, allowing me to provide personalized care tailored to your needs. Currently, I offer individual counseling services for adults of all ages here at DNM Health Services.
