My Story

Hi, my name is Deborah Gober, and I am the Clinic Manager for DNM Health Services. My goal is to ensure that every client and potential client feels that their concerns are my top priority. I achieve this through active listening, addressing scheduling needs, reviewing client feedback, and regularly reaching out to ensure we are meeting expectations. With over 18 years of customer service experience—spanning both private and public mental health agencies—I have held management roles in county, state, and local government. Most recently, I worked as a Case Manager Lead in mental health, connecting clients to appropriate resources and referrals that met their immediate needs.

My strengths lie in organizational management, program development, and quality assurance. I am passionate about implementing best practices to ensure organizations deliver excellent service.
