Faith Uzebu
Counselor
When people ask why I chose the mental health field, I often say, “I knew early on that I wanted to help people who felt overwhelmed, scared, or unsure of how to become their best self.”
My Story
Hello, my name is Faith Uzebu, and I am a counselor at DNM Health Services in McDonough, Georgia. I hold an MS in Clinical Psychology/Clinical Counseling and am currently working toward my LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor). Ever since my teenage years, I have had a passion for helping others, and today, I remain dedicated to supporting my clients as they navigate through their challenges.
In addition to my passion, I take a solution-focused approach, and I pride myself on being an active listener. This combination allows me to effectively assist clients dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, and low self-esteem. Oftentimes, healing begins by accepting where you are, and from there, taking small yet meaningful steps toward personal growth.
Because I understand that a “one size fits all” approach doesn’t work for everyone, I am committed to tailoring my therapeutic methods to meet your unique needs. By blending client-centered therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), I will work alongside you to encourage self-acceptance and guide you toward growth, both now and in the future.
No matter who you are or what you are going through, you deserve to be heard. I am here, ready to listen, and eager to support you on your journey.
