Intake, Evaluation & Treatment Planning | DNM Health Services

 

At DNM Health Services, we understand that every therapy journey is unique. During your intake and evaluation, your therapist will assess your specific needs to create a personalized treatment plan. Unlike other medical services, it may be difficult to provide a precise estimate of your therapy costs until your clinician has thoroughly evaluated your situation. Even then, your therapy plan and associated costs can vary based on your progress and evolving needs.

Your therapist will work with you to review and adjust your treatment plan as needed, ensuring it reflects your goals and current challenges. After your initial evaluation, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate detailing the expected treatment costs moving forward. This estimate will be tailored to your specific therapy plan, offering transparency in your mental health care journey.

Typically, clients attend one psychotherapy session per week; however, the frequency may vary based on your individual needs, goals, and availability. We consider factors like holidays, emergencies, and personal schedules when developing your therapy estimate, ensuring it’s as accurate and accommodating as possible.

You and your therapist will regularly evaluate your progress to determine the ideal session frequency and when you have met your therapy goals. If your needs change, we will provide an updated Good Faith Estimate. You can also request a new estimate at any time during your treatment by submitting a written request.
