My Story
I’m a counseling intern currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Agnes Scott College. Before I found my way into the mental health field, I spent years in entertainment and media production. I was often the person people leaned on when things got difficult, navigating high-pressure situations, managing relationships, and trying to hold it together through constant change. That season of my life taught me a lot about how much our environments, our connections, and the stories we carry can shape how we feel about ourselves and the world around us.
I work with children and adults who are dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, self-worth, and life transitions. Some people come in with a specific thing they’re trying to work through. Others just need somewhere they can finally exhale, a place to be honest and safe. This space holds both.
My approach is warm, relational, and grounded. I believe people are more capable than they give themselves credit for, and that something shifts when you feel genuinely seen and safe enough to be yourself. I draw from Relational-Cultural Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, and I adapt from there based on what fits you.
In sessions, I bring curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. Together, we can explore patterns, build insight, and develop tools that feel realistic and meaningful for your everyday life.
